Place the paper filter at the bottom of the top chamber
Fill bottom chamber with hot water up to valve or mark
Fill funnel with ground coffee without tamping
Screw on top chamber. Be careful and use a towel, bottom chamber is hot.
Place on medium heat and wait for coffee to start flowing
Remove from heat when coffee level right below beginning of the spout
Pour the coffee into the server. At that point, brew ratio is 1:~5. Use bypass method to adjust brew ratio and expected strength.
