About Vietnamese

Traditional Vietnamese brewing method that produces a strong, rich coffee perfect for Vietnamese coffee (cà phê sữa đá).

Preparation

  • Heat water to 90-95°C (195-205°F)
  • Measure and add coffee to the filter chamber
  • Place the filter press on top of the grounds (do not compress)
  • For Vietnamese Coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá), add 2-3 tablespoons of condensed milk before brewing. After brewing, stir and pour over ice.
  • Put the chamber on top of the mug
